Meaning

1. This morning, I forgot to bring my mask when I left the house.
2. I only realized I didn’t have my mask when I got to the subway station.
3. These days, it’s hard to enter anywhere without a mask.
4. I went to a nearby convenience store, but all the masks were sold out.
5. I wanted to go farther to another shop, but I didn’t have time.
6. So I ended up asking the subway station staff for help.
7. Fortunately, I was able to get one leftover mask from them.
8. I was worried about spending the whole day without a mask.
9. Because of this incident, I promised myself to always bring a mask from now on.
